  • As such, we do not offer refunds after the product has been delivered successfully.

Exceptions – Refunds May Be Considered Only in the Following Cases

  • Duplicate Payment or Accidental Double Purchase: If you have been charged twice for the same order.
  • Technical Delivery Issues: If, due to a technical problem, you do not receive access to the purchased product.
  • Corrupted or Inaccessible File: If the product file is incorrect, corrupted, or cannot be downloaded despite valid access.

In such cases, we will first verify the issue and attempt to resolve it. If the issue cannot be rectified, a refund may be processed at our discretion.
